PLANS FOR A 38 BEDROOM HMO IN FRIAR PARK

I've written to the council objecting to the plans to turn the old Mesty Croft Health Centre into a 38 single bedroom HMO.

Instead the site should be used for a mix of accommodation such as one and two bedroom flats. This would better serve the needs of our community and help house families across Tipton, Wednesbury and Coseley.
